This policy explains how KoiSpeak handles refunds for the Pro subscription. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time Pro subscription purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge, we will refund that charge in full.
Renewals and Cancellation
Recurring renewals are non-refundable. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to stop future charges, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Who Processes Payments
Payments and refunds are processed by Polar Software, Inc., acting as the Merchant of Record for KoiSpeak. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and purchase date. We will respond and process eligible requests as soon as possible.
Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial, unused periods except where required by applicable law.
