不管…都/也…
HSK 4- Conditionals

Meaning (意思 yìsi)
Expresses a result that remains unchanged regardless of the condition, carrying the meaning "no matter/even if... still...".
Explanation (解释 jiěshì)
The structure 不管…都/也… is used to emphasize that a result or action will not change regardless of any condition mentioned. The clause containing 不管 typically appears with question words such as 谁 (who), 什么 (what), 怎么 (how), 多 (how much/many), or affirmative-negative constructions like 去不去 (whether [someone] goes or not).
都 and 也 are interchangeable, but 都 is more common.
