甚至于 (shènzhìyú) is a conjunction used for emphasis, introducing an extreme or unexpected example to highlight the point of the preceding clause. It is more formal and emphatic than 甚至. It can be translated as "even," "to the point that," or "to such an extent that." It lends greater weight to a statement, conveying surprise or a high degree of something.
