Meaning (意思 yìsi)
The structure 一经…就… is used to express "once… then immediately…", commonly used in formal situations, regulations, or procedures.
Explanation (解释 jiěshì)
一经…就… is a more formal variant of 一…就…, conveying the meaning "once/as soon as (a condition occurs), (a result) immediately follows." This structure emphasizes that once the first action takes place, the second result follows immediately and is typically irreversible. It frequently appears in regulations, notices, contracts, or when describing formal procedures.

- 产品一经售出，就不能退换。繁: 產品一經售出，就不能退換。Chǎnpǐn yījīng shòuchū, jiù bùnéng tuìhuàn.

- Wrong:我一经下班就回家。Correct:我一下班就回家。
一经 is used for formal or stipulated situations. For everyday actions like "leaving work to go home," simply use 一…就… instead.
