Meaning (意思 yìsi)
将 functions both as an adverb indicating the future (will/shall) and as a formal preposition equivalent in function to 把.
Explanation (解释 jiěshì)
将 has two main usages, commonly found in written language or formal contexts such as conferences and news.
- Meaning "will": Used as a future adverb, equivalent to

把. This usage also moves the object before the verb to emphasize the action being performed on that object.
