Explanation (解释 jiěshì)
任何 (rènhé) means "any," used to refer to a random member of a group. This structure always appears together with the adverb 都 (dōu) or 也 (yě) to comprehensively assert that all members of that group share the same property or action, with no exceptions whatsoever. It creates a very strong emphasis.

The structure `任何` must be paired with `都` or `也` to complete the meaning "any...also/all." Without `都`, the sentence sounds unnatural.
