Explanation (解释 jiěshì)
The structure 一方面…另一方面… is used to present two aspects of an issue, typically in parallel or with a slight contrast, similar to "on one hand..., on the other hand..." in English. It helps analyze a matter more comprehensively. Sometimes, 另 can be omitted, giving the form 一方面…一方面….
